Because my experience as a recruiter came out of being an internal team manager and builder, rather than as a traditional recruiter, as I built my business, I have constantly asked myself, “How can I help these candidates more? How can I be there for them in their job search or desire to growth in their career?”

I hear a lot from candidates about the tiring, dehumanizing, and lonely experience of a job search and career growth. I walked away from many conversations and wondered how to be a more valuable resource. I have built a set of training documents and guides with candidates in mind. I also have a full resume-building course that includes a 30-minute consulting call with me to review your resume. Asking a job searcher to pay for something when searching has often felt difficult for me, so I designed these to be inexpensive compared to, say, a resume writer or my typical consulting fee.
